SUPREME GAINERS GOLDNUTRITION® is a formula specially conceived to promote the maximum increase of muscular volume. It contains high biologic value proteins, a carbohydrates complex, and a low level of fat per dose. The carbohydrates in SUPREME GAINERS GOLDNUTRITION® are essentially maltodextrins – easy digestion carbohydrates with a high glycemic index, gathered from corn amid – and fructose. The maltodextrins facilitate the insulin synthesis, allowing for that reason a maximum anabolic gain and the replacement of muscular glycogen. Fructose is used in the replacement of hepatic glycogen and by its sweetener power.
The proteins found in SUPREME GAINERS GOLDNUTRITION® are gathered from milk, and have a high concentration of BCAA’s. This formula combines fast absorption proteins (milk serum) and slow absorption proteins (caseins), allowing an effective protein synthesis at a muscular level1. Besides exercising a strong immune-stimulant and antioxidant function, the milk serum proteins (Whey proteins) are more effective in preventing fatigue and in maintaining the muscular tissues2, avoiding its post-training degradation, and promoting an unique increase of strength and muscular mass3. The association of proteins and carbohydrates potentiates the muscular glycogen replacement4, 5 and increases insulin response4, favoring in this way the muscular mass synthesis and preventing its destruction after training.
SUPREME GAINERS GOLDNUTRITION® also contains a set of vitamins and minerals that favor the absorption and usage processes of carbohydrates and proteins, improving all metabolic processes and increasing the antioxidant and recovery potential of this formula. Nutritional supplement indicated to:

• Faster recoveries in between trainings. Daily Dose:
To Gain Muscular Mass: Take 4 measures/doses, 30 to 40 minutes before strength training, and another 4 measures/doses immediately after training.
To Accelerate Recovery: Take 3 measures immediately after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Preparation Method:
As an anabolic beverage: Add 4 full measures/doses to 640ml of water, or add 2 measures/doses to 320 ml of water. Shake well and serve immediately.
As a recovery beverage: Add 3 full measures/doses to 480ml of water and mix well. If you prefer, add ice and a piece of fruit and grind with a blender. Warning: Not recommended for diabetics or in case of allergy to any of the ingredients.

En mi opinion, este ganador de peso es el mas flojo que he provado. Los resultados són mas o menos como todos. El de chocolate, el gusto bastante malo y la disolución fatal. Habria que utilizar una batidora y aun asi habria problemas. No lo recomiendo y evidentemente no repetiré.
muy caro ,para tan poco resultado
para mi opinion, el sabor de fresa es el batido con mas mal sabor ke e probao nunca en batidos de ese sabor,y resultado no e notado apenas nada ni mas fuerza ,ni resistencia,ni nada como si no me hubiera tomado nada eso sii grasas ganas muchas pero musculo el justito un 3 y va ke chuta!!
